We bring your product anywhere in the TRNC. If you like, our expert team installs it too.

Installation service

For products that offer installation — from chandeliers and LED strips to water heaters and smart home devices — you will see the “I want installation” option on the product page. The installation fee is shown separately on the product page and in the cart.

1. Choose the productTick “I want installation” on the product page and add it to the cart.
2. Place your orderEnter your address at checkout and, if you like, your preferred day/time in the order note.
3. AppointmentOur team asks you by WhatsApp or email which day and time suit you, and we arrange the delivery and installation appointment together.
4. InstallationOur experts install the product and check with you that it works.

The electrical infrastructure at the installation site (fuses, cables, sockets, etc.) must be suitable. If extra materials or labour are needed, our team will let you know in advance.

Delivery

We deliver your orders anywhere in the TRNC with our own delivery service. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery area.

Delivery time

In-stock products are prepared as soon as possible after your order is confirmed; our team arranges the delivery time with you by phone. You can follow your order on the Order Tracking page.
