Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Buyer: the person who places an order on the Trendistbox website and whose name, phone and address are given on the order form.
2. Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products and services (including installation) ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website.
3. Product, price and payment
The type and quantity of the products, the unit price, any installation fee, the delivery fee and the total amount are shown in the order summary and on the order confirmation page. Prices are in Turkish Lira (TL). Payment is made by the method chosen by the Buyer: cash on delivery or bank transfer.
4. Delivery
The product is delivered by the Seller to the address within the TRNC stated by the Buyer on the order form. The delivery time and, if applicable, the installation time are agreed with the Buyer by phone. The delivery fee depends on the delivery area; delivery is free on orders of 4,000 TL or more.
5. Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. Notice of withdrawal is given via WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. To exercise this right, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been installed, used, made to order or cut to size.
6. Refund
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the price of the product is refunded in line with the Buyer's payment method after the product has been returned to and checked by the Seller.
7. Disputes
The laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus apply to disputes arising from this agreement, and the TRNC courts have jurisdiction.
8. Entry into force
By ticking the confirmation box at checkout, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this agreement and the Preliminary Information Form before placing the order. The agreement enters into force when the order is confirmed.
